Maze Paint
A ball that rolls until a wall stops it and paints every tile it crosses; a roll that would strand one is refused, for a life.
What it is
paint every tile
A ball in a chain of small rooms joined by one-way channels. Swipe or press an arrow and it rolls until a wall stops it, painting every tile it crosses; paint every tile to clear the level. Before a roll lands the game works out exactly whether it would leave a tile that can never be reached again, and if so refuses it: the ball rolls back, the tiles it would have cost flash red, and a life goes.
No tile of its own: it lives on The Annex, with its family, and keeps its own address, records and saves.
How to play
Controls, then the numbers that matter
A roll into a wall that goes nowhere is free. Only a roll that would strand a tile is refused, and each refusal costs one of 3 lives.
The refusal is exact, not a guess: the tiles that flash red are the smallest set that roll would have cost you.
Levels are a chain of 2 rooms on Easy (11×6), 3 on Medium (16×9), 4 on Hard (21×13), 6 on Extra Hard (29×16) and 12 on Ultra Hard (38×24), each built to hide a target of 2, 5, 9, 14 and 26 refusable rolls along the way.
A hint shows the first roll of a route that finishes the board — 3 hints on Easy and Medium, 2 on Hard, 1 on Extra Hard, none on Ultra Hard.
Par is the shorter of two runs of the game's own solver, not a proven minimum. Finish at or under it and the result says so; do it without losing a life or taking a hint and the result carries IN PAR.
Once you have cleared a maze, the menu offers today's maze: one Medium maze, the same for everyone that day, new at midnight Taipei time (UTC+8). It keeps its own record and never touches your levels. If you run out of lives on it, the clear that follows says how many tries it took, and only a first try can be your fastest. Clear it and COPY RESULT copies one plain line: the date, your tries if there was more than one, your rolls against par, lives left and hints, and your time. From your second clear on a difficulty, the result also names your fastest there, or how far off it this one was.
